I have not received the above item , but somehow it is marked that it has been delivered. My inquiries trying to locate item through several sources were without success and the tracking number supplied was of no help in identifying the carrier that did the home delivery.. Applied for refund or re send item and was told by Aliexpress that as far as their concerned I have received the item, unless I can prove that I did not receive the item. That is ridiculous. The onus of proof of delivery is on the supplier or carrier right down to the person who claims that he.she delivered it to the right address by providing a statement. A simple note " Delivered" proves nothing. Appealed Aliexpress decision and have to date not heard back from them. Consequently I will refrain in future dealing with Aliexpress and will make others aware of my experience. Very dissatisfied with Aliexpress lack of communication and customer service which is practically non existent.
